职位描述：
Purpose:
To primarily develop new products and new agrochemical formulations to meet innovation goals related to the Agro business units, and provide technical service to customers.

Responsibilities:
? Laboratory management
- Ensure proper housekeeping and systematic records of experiment results
- Ensure traceability and repeatability of experiment results
- Improve technical service quality and competency
- Improve and emphasize laboratory safety
? Project management – to meet timeline and innovation goals
- Undertake the development of new products and new applications by applying the knowledge of surfactants, polymers and agrochemicals to meet the customer needs.
- Contribute to maximizing the efficiency and achievements of project teams by meeting time, quality and cost targets.
- Ensure accurate records of experimental work and report results in a clear and logical manner.
? Technical service
- Provide feasible technical solutions to the agro customers who encounter difficulties in using our products.
- Provide sufficient technical training to the sales, distributors and customers to familiarize them with our product lines.
- Reinforce business relationship with customers.
- Develop knowledge of customers' technologies and processes, and competitive products and use them to identify new opportunities and to initiate new projects.
- Assist sales representatives to explore new market and business potential.
? Integration into global R&D/ technical network
- Play active role in global R&D activities.
- Understand the R&D direction and technology development.

Profile:
? Master with 2 - 4 years experience, or PhD in Chemistry /Physico-Chemistry in research and innovation department.
? Good interpersonal communication skills.
