职位描述：
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责
1. 现金管理，备用金领取及日常费用报销
Ensure good management of cash, petty cash, and daily expense account.
2. 登记现金日记账,做到账实相符
Ensure dialy cash book.
3. 银行账户管理，基本户，一般户，纳税专用户，及时支付所需支付的款项
Ensure good management of accounts, including basic account, general account, and tax account, and carry out necessary payment in time.
4. 登记银行日记账,做到账实相符
Ensure daily bank book.
5. 单证审核，审核各类报销凭证，保证发票数额与报销单数额相符
Check various expense account to ensure good match between invoice and expense account.
6. 准确编制现金，银行收付款凭证并录入ERP系统
Ensure accurate input to ERP on voucher of payment and receipt money.
7. DNN SH增值税发票购买，开具，保管，认证工作
Ensure purchase, issue, maintenance, and confirmation of DNN SH VAT.
8. 开具客户订单付款通知书
Issue payment notice to customers.
9. 准确编制bank balance adjustment sheet，每月10日报送会计部经理
Ensure accurate bank balance adjustment sheet, and sent to Manager-Accounting every 10th.
10. 出口退税工作，每月15日报送税务机关
Ensure tax return on export, and sent related files to tax agency.
11. 保管公司营业执照等重要文件
Ensure maintenance of company documents like business license.
12. 协助会计完成公司年度审计，所得税清算工作
Assist accountant to finish annual audit and liquidation tax.
13. 严格执行国家相关会计制度，会计准则及相关法律法规，严格执行公司各项规章制度，包括但不限于财务管理制度等。
