职位描述：
1. 负责PIII注塑机等机器设备的维护和保管，负责PP模具履历表的建立，保养，保管，维修等;
2. In charge of injection machine and other machines in PIII regular maintain and management, PP mold ID building and mold maintain/keeping/repair;
3. 根据使用生产订单或者计划，指导现场工人进行生产，协助设备机器调整调试，提高设备的稳定性及达成率;
4. Per production work order or planning, instruct production employee to make the production, assist the machine set up and adjustment, in order to improve the machine stability and efficiency;
5. 协助工程部开发新的PP/PU模具及新产品的打样等事宜;
6. Assist EN department to develop new PP/PU mold and new product sampling and ect.;
7. 协助工程部解决客户关于PP/PU产品的投诉;
8. Assist EN to solve the PP/PU product complains;
9. 协助市场部进行PP/PU产品的打样;
10. Assist marketing department to make PP/PU samples;
11. 协助工艺部，进行生产/工艺监控，调整机器参数，处理产品质量缺陷，并做好相关生产记录;
12. Assist PR-EN to make production/Process monitor, set up and adjust machine parameter, handle the product quality issue and make relative report;
13. 不定时对生产工人进行机器,模具及产品的培训，提高工人的操作技能及专业知识.
14. Give machine & mold & product knowledge training for the production employee from time to time, to improve their operation skills and professional knowledge.
岗位要求：
1. 高中以上学历 High school degree.
2. 6年以上的模具维修及保养经验 6 years mold repair and maintain experience
3. 6年以上的注塑机调试经验 6 years injection machine test experience.
4. 3年以上的模具设计经验 3 years mold design experience.
5. 对常用塑胶料的性能比较熟悉 familiar with the performance of the commonly used plastic material
6. 爱岗敬业、责任心强; Have strong sense of responsibility;
7. 具有良好的人际沟通协调能力、计划与执行能力；
8. Have good communication and coordination ability, planning and implementation ability;
9. 良好的口头及书面表达能力； Good written and verbal communication skills;
10. 具有高度的忠诚度和责任感； Highly loyalty and sense of responsibility;
11. 服从工作安排、遵守厂规厂纪； Obey the work arrangement, abide company rules;
