职位描述：
1. 公司前台接待及总机转接；
2. 机票、酒店、火车票预定；
3. 工作餐、饮用水订购；
4. 小车租赁、班车、绿化管理；
5. 办公用品请购、采购及发放；
6. 印刷品的请购，采购（名片、宣传海报、标牌等）；
7. 行政费用申请、数据报表更新维护；
8. 员工每日考勤检查、休假报表更新维护；
9. 上级交办的其它工作。
岗位要求：
1. 2018届或2019届毕业生，英语、文秘、行政管理专业优先；
2. 具备良好的英语阅读、写作及口语能力；
3. 熟练使用Word、Excel、Powerpoint等电脑办公软件；
4. 具备良好的协调能力、沟通能力，负有责任心，性格活泼开朗，具有亲和力。 举报 分享
