- Work closely with our support and development teams in Ebikon and SODEC to strengthen our development and support efforts
- Analyse and solve tickets for the remote monitoring and contact centre platform. This includes interacting with our customers in written English to understand the problem as well as analyse and implement a fix
- Implement approved changes to our Applications on the Windows based platform
Skills Required
- Strong experience in web application development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/JQuery,)
- Strong experience in C# and ASP.NET MVC
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Knowledge of any of the following a bonus:
Telerik Kendo UI.
Microsoft SQL Server / Entity Framework
