Job Description
Customer Account Manager, based in South East Michigan, to be the key interface with customer on commercial, program management and logistics. Also, service as a bridge with the teams in Beijing and Shanghai to address customer matters effectively and efficiently. Also explores new sales opportunities to the US customers in both automotive and commercial vehicle markets, as well as partnership/purchasing opportunities with North American companies.

Responsibilities
? Provide customer service to automotive OEMs, act as commercial, program management, logistics and supplier quality interface
? Provide on-site service when OEM customer has product concern
? Support major product launches
? Coordinate North American customers and teams in China to resolve post-launch issues
? Manage logistics suppliers to ensure product deliveries and adequate inventory levels
? Keep accurate records of customer/product concerns and document customer service actions and communication
? Explore new sales opportunities explores new sales opportunities to the US customers in both automotive, commercial vehicle, marine and industrial markets
? Explore and drive partnership/purchasing opportunities with North American companies

Requirements
? Engineering degrees in electrical, mechanical, industrial engineering, or alike. MBA preferred
? experience in managing customer account and providing customer support in the automotive industry is preferred
? Proven commercial sales and negotiation skills
? Bilingual – proficient both English and Chinese
? Strong communication skills
? Advanced troubleshooting, problem solving skills
? Knowledge in automotive supply chain and logistics (preferred)
? Self-motivated, uncompromised commitment to customer satisfaction, drive for excellence, high level of responsibility, efficient and fast
