职位描述：
1. 管理项目团队，整合团队内部资源，协调团队外部资源，对项目的进度负
责，定期更新项目进度。
2. 担当客户和内部团队之间的主要沟通渠道，保证邮件、电话、远程会议等沟
通畅通。
3. 组织项目工程师评审客户图纸，结合生产工艺提出审图意见，将客户设计转
化内部技术文件。
4. 为采购部门提供详细规格书，协助采购部门寻找原材料，跟踪原材料到位时
间。
5. 在满足客户设计及质量要求前提下，协助采购部门力求采用最优成本的原材
料。
6. 协助项目工程师和采购部门，搜集、备案原材料的环保测试报告等技术文
件，并提供给客户。
7. 及时将样品生产计划通知到物控和生产部门，协调生产部门生产样品。
8. 为质量部门提供支持，对样品进行质量管控。
9. 培养、提升项目团队的协作能力，在实践中修订现有的工作流程，提高项目
管理效率。
10. 评估项目成本、时间等风险，发现风险时，及时向直接经理通报，并提供初
步方案。
11. 协助相关部门进行成本分析，并计算出产品报价；经审批后，报价给客户指
定联系人。
12. 量产之前，完成项目移交所需的文件，将项目移交给产品供应部门。
13. 熟悉纸品生产工艺流程及产品品质判断标准，具有彩盒、礼盒类产品业务拓
展经验及资源者尤佳。
技能要求：
1、大学专科或以上学历，三年以上相关工作经验；
2、熟练办公软件使用，能用英文进行项目管理邮件、电话会议沟通；
3、熟悉制造业流程；熟悉制造业工厂各部门职责，能跨部门协调，主导试产会
议；
4、熟悉项目管理流程和项目管理九大领域知识特别是人员管理、进度控制、质
量控制、风险意识；
