职位描述：
1 – Reach and improve on the objectives in terms of Quality, Lead-time and Margin for projects
1、达到并提升在质量、领先时间和项目利润方面的目标
- Manage the modifications requested by the customer or by an internal service, and propose technical-economic changes, in order to improve project margins
管理由客户或内部服务要求的修改，并提出技术经济变化，以提高项目利润率
- Decide upon internal modifications to be undertaken, in agreement with the project group

- Be responsible for the commitments of the project team, in order to ensure completion margins are met

 Ensure product/process pre-validation for new concepts

- With the project team, feedback on their project management

- Ensure the delivery date is met and that initial samples are compliant

- Ensure that the project file is constantly updated (action plans, agenda, profitability, etc.): see "monthly report"

- From launch, initialise and implement a project improvement plan, and ensure that it is followed through in order to meet profitability objectives in Production Units (PUs).

- Collect the real technical data and implement the convergence plan in line with the objectives set

- Pilot the planning, production, and delivery of the parts requested by the customer, and the internal checks, before the plant takes on mass production.

2 – Ensure good information flows 确保良好的信息流动

- Update and distribute the project action plan in line with the frequency required by the project milestones 更新和发布项目行动计划，遵守项目里程碑所需的频率
- Organise and lead customer project reviews, and ensure that each meeting with the customer ends in an agreement on a common report including action plans, deadlines, and economic developments 组织和领导客户项目评审，确保每一次与客户的会议达成共识，包括行动计划、期限和经济发展
- Ensure project reporting takes place in line with the group standards 确保项目报告符合集团标准
- Lead and steer the project review, and ensure the action plan is correctly implemented to guarantee the deliverables in time, and alert the Department Heads and/or the Departments concerned in case of problems or delays 领导和引导项目评审，确保行动计划正确落实，以保证交付的时间，并提醒部门主管和/或部门关注的问题或延误
3 – Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the Development process

4. Provides product design departments with technical assistance in order to create simple and high-performance tools at the best
quality-price ratio。

-Takes part in project launch meetings

-Follow tool scheduling and tool development in collaboration with the Tooling Resident, in accordance with the budget

5. Provides active technical support to tooling manufacturers
向模具制造商提供积极的技术支持
-Drafts test reports, or delegates this task to the Tooling Resident, and submits them to the relevant departments

6. Manages changes in terms of quality, cost, and delivery (QCD)

-Manages product/process changes in accordance with economic criteria

-Declares the acceptance of tools

-Makes suggestions for improving quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) performance

-Gives the Project Manager and Plant Director a weekly report

-Takes part in product/process developments within Mecaplast Group production units

7. Provide expertise in the field of Maintenance
提供在维修领域的经验
-Assist with the study and definition of general new machine specifications and provide technical support as required
协助研究和规定新机器的规格，并提供技术支持
-Based on the objectives of his/her activity, prepare action plans and coordinate the missions of his/her team in a coherent manner

-Propose an annual operating budget for his/her activity, and ensure that it is adhered to

-Monitor performance indicators for his/her activity, implement corrective actions if necessary and inform his/her teams of them

8. Warranty the manufacturing engineering of project from Technical Center

- Insure that his team defined the technical solutions in order to reach the customer and Technical Center expectations, based on respect of budget

-- Warranty the following of Manufacturing Engineering projects based on Smart rules and tools, manufacturing engineering standard and Lean standards. 确保符合智能规则和工具的制造工程项目，制造工程标准和精益标准
-- Take in account the customer logistics data and internal standard.

- Checked and validated the choice of technical / economical processes and means based on respect of standard.

-- Animate the tooling/means cost reduction without decrease the performance, and defined the way of target.

- Defined the way in order to reach the target of tooling with good parts.

9. Optimize the profit of projects during manufacturing engineering phase, and control the cost
