职位描述：
Responsibilities:

1. Support e-commercial & gift card merchandising
2. Vendor& logistic management
3. Deal with payment & Invoice
4. Responsible for daily orders and make sure purchase procedure is entire & efficient
5. Lead/facilitate contract development
6. Coordinate clients’ complaints
7. RAS system maintenance
8. Monitor & Improve supplier performance according to weekly purchasing data
9. Communicating with internal & external clients for ongoing projects
10. Other tasks assigned by manager

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree
2. Good inter personal skills
3. Ability to work under pressure
4. Organizational and planning skills
5. Organized and computer literate (Microsoft office tools), advanced Excel skills preferred (pivot tables, v-look ups, etc)
6. Open, careful, conscientious, self-motivated, forwarded driven and proactive
7. Have 1 year working experience as operation or purchasing specialist is a plus 举报 分享
