职位描述：
1. Working out the machine production plan & Balance and prepare the production details such as equipment, labor and workshop area.
按照车间生产计划，及时准备并平衡生产细节，如设备、人员及工作场地。
2. Command the production schedule, adjust and complete all the problems during product.
深入现场、掌握烘缸线装配及上道作业进度，及时调整和解决生产过程中发生地问题。
3. Organize production, be strict with discipline, check quality and complete task on time.
合理组织生产、严格工艺纪律（压力空气生产守则），督促、检查作业质量，确保生产安全，按质、按量、按期完成任务。
4. Be responsible for dryer line assembly section on-site QHSE performance, 5S and maintenance of the equipment.
负责烘缸装配生产现场的环境安全、质量管理及5S管理, 负责使用的设备保养工作。
5. Be responsible for the administration of dryer line assembly section，including assembly, painting, packing and loading.
负责烘缸线装配的日常行政、事务管理工作，包括装配、油漆、包装及发运。
6. Complete other related tasks issued by superior.
负责完成上级领导交办的其他各项任务。

Position Objects & EHS Responsibility
1. To proceed all tasks in workshop as required.
保证各项工作按要求进行。
2. To ensure the 100% on-time delivery.
保证铸造生产按照项目计划100%按时交货.
3. Responsible for the training of professional skill, EHS and quality to operators; establish a skilled, hardworking and harmony team within safety, clean and tidy working conditions.
努力培养技术成熟、工作敬业、团结和谐的工作团队，营造整洁有序、安全舒适的工作环境。
4. To optimize allocation of equipment and human resources; increase the productivity & quality and decrease cost.
保证基础设施及人力资源的优化配制，提高生产效率及产品质量、降低材料消耗及生产成本。
5. To ensure that all employees implement all regulations and rules sternly and take care of housekeeping, safety, TPM and PPE.
保证员工遵循公司相关管理规定，维护车间环境卫生及设备设施安全有效利用，按要求佩戴劳防用品。
职位要求：
1. College degree or above, majoring in Machining, Material or Production Management.
大专或以上学历，机械加工、材料或生产管理等相关专业。
2. 3 years’ working experience of similar position, familiar with basic knowledge of organizing production.
3年及以上类似岗位工作经验，熟悉组织生产的有关专业基础知识。
3. Familiar with administration management, quality management and standard of pressure vessel.
了解企业管理、质量管理、压力容器生产标准等有关知识。
4. Fluent English, verbal and written communication skills are preferred; excellent skills of computer.
优秀的英语口语和书写能力，熟悉计算机操作。
5. Good organizational, interpersonal and coordination skills.
