DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job Description
Customer contact window

Job Description:
* To work with the main contact window between Flex and customer for order fulfilment with quality.
* Coordinate with NPI team for NPI gates review and prepare resources for mass production, following up open issues till closure;
* Receive and analyze customer forecast, work with project core team to prepare capacity, make a capacity commitment on the forecast to customer;
* To identify and track the resources based on the forecast commitment/locked plan;
* To review daily backlog status and make shipment commitment, work out the recovery plan for any gap and make sure project is on track within delivery and quality target;
* Daily review open work order status to avoid aging task orders for over 15 days;
* Track all special cost happened with recovery to make sure program profit; To evaluate the customer satisfaction survey and action plans to improve customer satisfaction.
* Take leader of project progress and follow up the result.
* Cost simulation or analysis and track cost improvement action.
* Quote product and process or project, and negotiate with customer or supplier.

Job Requirement:
* Good computer operation skill, knowledge of MS office suite, Microsoft Project.
* Good communication skills, coordination skill and negotiation skill.
* Language skills – spoken and written English. University degree /diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing or Business Administration is preferred.
* Sound technical knowledge in manufacturing or engineering is preferred.
* Prior exposure in leading project teams with a proven track record of results. Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience.
