职位描述：
在执行项目时，担任项目经理和/或部门主管与供应商之间的联络人。
Be as the project contact person of PM and / or department Leader with suppliers during the whole of the project implementation.
- 学习相关图纸、技术方案和质量控制文件 。
Study related drawings 、Specifications and QCPs .
- 协助项目经理和部门主管，在规定的时间和预算内，建立各类文档（澄清、不一致性报告、进度报告和检查报告），负责技术支持，及时提交检查报告。
Assist project manager and department supervisor to establish all kinds of files (Clarification / NCR / progress report and inspection report) and conformity of fabricated equipments with drawings & specifications and QCPs within required time period .
- 在规定预算内，提出项目跟踪和检查所需人力和物力需求。
Meet the manpower and material needs for Follow up and inspection job within required budget and time schedule.
- 项目执行过程中及时检查和沟通项目执行情况，报告项目进度和质量上是否存在偏差，并与供应商项目执行相关部门一起组织阶段会议，确定可能的改正措施。
Review and communicate the project implement status , report if there is any deviations for the progress and quality according to the plan. Organize the phase reviews with supplier related departments to make possible corrective measures.
- 给与供应商技术支持，并在必要时提供可行的改进建议。
Provide technical support(communicate with Fives Affiliate) to suppliers and improvement proposal if necessary.
- 完成项目技术和质量总结。
Finalize project summary in both manufactory and Quality.
- 收集内部和供应商验收相关文件和整理制造手册。
Collect internal and supplier finishing documents and draft manufactory book.
- 对FE其他部门提供技术支持。
Technical support for any FE department regarding to individual experience .
-其它领导交代任务。
Others task assigned by leader .

COMPETENCIES/SKILLS REQUIRED

所有检验技术需要满足此项目业务方质量和文件制作要求。
All of technical of inspect have to meet requirements of of quality and file of owner .

高等工程类大专或同等学历以上
EDUCATION: School of Engineering Junior College or equivalent above.

 语言：英语流利/掌握第二外语者优先考虑
LANGUAGES: Fluent English / Second Language appreciated.
