Purpose of Position：
The incumbent is responsible for the demand forecasting, analyzing and planning activities associated with the Export Sales in Giti. The Demand Planning & Analyst will work to ensure that the company meets its sales, inventory and customer service goals. Support our Global Supply Chain activities in demand-supply balance, inventory levels to stated global operations goals. Requires cross functional relationship with Sales, Customer Service, Logistics and Finance to ensure that a proper forecast is in place that translates into having the right inventory. This is a key position in our Global FDM function and Control Tower mechanism

JOB QUALIFICATION：
Education：Bachelor
Major：Mathematics, Statistics，Economics, Information Technology

Work Experience：0~1 year
Skills Knowledge:
1.Proficiency in Statistics, hypothesis testing and Data Mining.
2.Build up mathematical modelling and algorithms
3.Experience and Knowledge in using Demand Solutions Forecasting tools
4.Basic commercial, business and marketing knowledge.
5.Experience in international trade is an advantage but not essential
Critical Competency:
1.Possess strong analytical & problem solving skills, efficient, deadline-oriented and able to work under pressure.
2.Being able to work trends at SKU level and customer level across the entire value chain with understanding of both demand & supply sides
3.Able to work in depth and understand details SKU and customer behaviour and make analysis and recommendation
4.Understand how the demand signal transforms into a supply chain

5.Strong Excel skills
6.Strong presentation skills
7.Proficiency in English
JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
1.Carry out end to end data analytics project from business understanding to data understanding, data preparation, modelling, evaluation to deployment 50%
2.Involve end to end quantitative research project such as large scale landscape study of market, industry and customer behaviour and attitudes 15%
3.Support Collaborative data analytics and research work with partner such as our customer, agents and business partners 10%
4.Daily customer service and order management task 25%
