Job Description:

1. Design scheme, synthesis, purify, and characterize intermediates and final compounds for testing against biological

targets according to the project progress;

2. Synthesize, purify and characterize intermediates and final compounds for testing against biological targets;

3. Analyze spectroscopic data to ensure the identity and integrity of synthesized molecules;

4. Responsible for scientific literature and database investigation for reaction conditions and to become aware of the current

research finding in the research focus;

5. Maintain accurate documentation of experiments and research results;

6. Communicate with foreign experts in headquarter on the project and report the progress of project on weekly interval;

Qualifications:

1. Master degree or Ph D degree in medicinal chemistry, synthetic organic chemistry, or relevant discipline; it is preferred with

long steps organic synthesis of experience;

2. Good background and experience in purification technology, common spectroscopy (NMR, HPLC, MS) and modern

analytical techniques required;

3. Strong synthetic organic chemistry skills, with the ability to independently plan and execute synthetic approaches to target

molecules;

4. Have a good team spirit and professionalism; Highly motivated, pleasant personality to work efficiently and independently

in a fast-paced environment;

5. Excellent communication and organizational skills

6. Fluent English and written communication;
