职位描述：
I. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/主要职责

1. To assist in translation of legal documents in relation to local incorporation project, other projects as well as on daily operational basis;
2. To assist legal counsel working on implementation of corporate governance changes of each China business unit;
3. To provide administrative support to the China legal team (e.g., filing and registration of docs with the relevant authorities);
4. Legal research on various matters as assigned by legal manager and legal counsel;
5. Review simple legal contracts;
6. Other ad hoc tasks/responsibilities that may be assigned by legal manager and legal counsel.


II. REQUIREMENTS /岗位要求

1. 2nd-year student obtaining LLM or JM from a top Chinese law school;
2. Major in Law or highly motivated to develop a career in related domain;
3. Basic knowledge of risk management and company/business law;
4. Good communication skill and team work spirit;
5. A high level of English proficiency and native Mandarin speaker;
6. Experience as a legal intern in a foreign law firm or MNC is preferred;
7. At least 3 days per week, for a period of 6 months minimum internship;
