Responsibilities:
C&B
-Manage social insurance and related issues.
-Manage issues for HR related to tax bureau, labor bureau or other authorized government.
-System maintenance (incl. staff information update).
-Contract management (incl. preparation, signing, filing etc.).
-Help the staff finish the entrance procedure.
-Support the HR and Taxes people for the Expatriates’ tax related issues.
Training
-Support to develop training plans and resources based on business need and HR strategy.
-Support to select training courses, partners and design or adapt training content to fit company’ s real needs.
-Support to set up and continuously develop the training platform.
-Implement training plans and training policy.
-Control the training cost.
-Conclude the training agreement.
-Measure effectiveness of training activities, process and results by analysis and statistics.
-Communicate with managers frequently to get the training request and check the training efficiency, adjust training program according to actual situation.
-Collect the employee’s opinion on training demand or feedback and report to management timely.
-Make suggestions for the improvement of the relationship between the company and the employees.
Recruitment
-Collection and selection of resumes and distributing them accordingly.
-Arrange and conduct interviews.
-Give support to campus recruitment.
-Supervise and push the managers to follow up the recruitment deadlines.
-Develop recruitment channels, such as headhunter refresh, university relationship set up, service contract conclusion and renewal.
-Make advertisement on the webpage and keep the information updated.
-Recruitment brochures & advertisements form control.
Other HR-related issues if required.
Requirements:
-Major in HR or psychology is preferred.
-At least 2 years of related working experience, MNC experience is preferred.
-Good command of English and Mandarin.
-Familiar with MS office software.
-Strong self-motivation, good communication skill, can handle multi-task.
-Experience on in-house training course.
