职位描述：

岗位职责：
1. 根据供方生产进度，制定验货计划，包括样品检验、中间检验以及成品检验等；
2. 根据图纸、抽样检验计划和检验作业指导书的要求进行现场检验。对于不合格进行判定并提出整改方案，检验包装。
3. 制作与质检有关的文件，包括样品检测报告和成品检测报告；
4. 提供技术支持，整理标准、图纸以及质控文件，进行检举的保养和校准等工作。
5. 绘制图纸。

任职要求：
1. 学历：大专及以上学历，机械类相关专业优先
2. 工作经验：2年以上机械或标准件行业相关工作经验，熟悉机械加工工艺，热处理及表面处理等；
3 懂机械制图、公差原理及应用，熟悉机加工生产技术和相关的知识；
4. 能熟练使用游标卡尺、千分尺、塞规、投影仪、硬度计等检验工具；
5. 能熟练使用office 办公软件，有较好的语言表达能力，独立查阅英文标准等
6. 熟悉采购及供应商管理流程，熟悉ISO质量管理体系，并有实际的参与；
7. 有清晰的逻辑思维能力，认真负责，做事谨慎而考虑全面；
8. 有自我学习及不断提升的能力，能适应灵活的工作。
