职位描述：
1、负责注塑模具开发过程的跟进和协调，模具设计、开模、试模以及验收，保证开发进度和质量；
2、负责新模具供应商的开发、评估工作；
3、 检查并确认模具供应商的设计，确保符合产品要求以及公司设备及相关标准；
4、 转换客户图纸及技术标准为内部文件，编制相关工艺文件和工艺参数，确保过程文件符合公司规范及流程，完成模具开发到量产的顺利交接；
5、对注塑产品的设计，优化及变更提供模具方面的技术支持，对试模及验收过程中的问题提出改进方案并跟进落实；
6、模具开发过程中，与供应商、客户及相关协作部门的有效协调与沟通；
7、负责注塑产品生产相关的技术支持；
8.对于量产模具在生产中出现的问题给予技术支持
9.对产品模具的维修、维护及持续改进的相关技术支持
10.必要时参与处理客户投诉的改进及预防措
11. 根据客户提出的产品功能要求，提供可行的技术方案分析；
12. 完成上级领导临时布置的相关工作
1. 学历：具有大专以上(含大专)学历；机械或模具设计等专业者优先 ；
2. 工作年龄：25周岁及以上；
3. 专业知识: 掌握常用塑料原材料性能，掌握注塑工艺； 
4. 基本技能: 具有良好英语的语言、文字表达能力;良好的沟通、协调能力，良好的沟通能力和团队意识，工作原则性强。
5. 工作经验: 5年以上精密注塑模具设计与模具工程管理经历 ；
6. 其他：熟练操作电脑. 熟练操作Auto CAD、UG、CATIA绘图软件中任何一种； 举报 分享
