岗位职责：
1.Lead Ocean East BLP Customer Service team to deliver the performance in both profitability and productivity.
2.Continuous improvement in Quality and Customer Service Level to achieve customers’ recognition and company KPI.
3.Continuous improvement in current process by working with BLP management team to effective cost control and productivity improvement.
4.Recruit, train and develop a professional team to support company long term durable development.
