职位描述：
Job Duties / Responsibilities:
1. Liaise with various departments in the company and understand their business requirements
2. Lead a technology team to develop or select the appropriate system to implement the business requirements
3. Liaise with business users, head quarter IT Department, vendors to manage user testing and ensure that project deliverables are aligned with the business requirements
4. Manage data centre
5. Perform daily system administration including system security, server backup and recovery, network maintenance and server health checkup
6. Participate ad hoc projects
7. Station in China

Job Specification:
1. Minimum 10 years' experience in IT, of which at least 5 years in a supervisory/managerial position in sizeable organizations, preferably from retail industry. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant IT Manager
2. Degree Holder in Computer Science or related discipline
3. Fluent in English & Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)
4. Strong communication skill, able to work under pressure
5. Proactive with strong sense of responsibility and a helpful attitude
