职位描述：
1. Responsible for implement, enforce and audit of business processes in the company.
2. Responsible for business process rolled out and preparation of policy documents.
3. Perform audit of data and processes regularly, with minimum supervision.
4. Oversees the business processes definition and adherence of the factory, e.g. sales, purchase, planning, production, warehouse, logistics, quality, engineering and finance.
5. Manages the improvement of business process and update of policy documents of the company.
6. Communicate with various functions in the implementation of new and existing business processes.
7. Assist in the data cleanup project in SAP system.
8. Conduct audit of business processes based on policy documents.
9. Other ad hoc projects/tasks assigned.
10. According to the requirements of ISO9001 and ISO14001 system completes the department management.

职位要求：
1. Bachelor Degree in a business or accounting related field
2. Minimum 5 years of combination of auditing, accounting and costing experience (cashier, tax experience are not counted) with American/European manufacturing companies
3. Preferable with ERP key user experience, preferably SAP
4. Knowledge of customs handbook is highly preferred
5. Knowledge of internal audit also welcome
6. Strong communication skills and coordination ability, with proactive attitude to drive the projects with various departments
7. Hard working and be able to adhere to timeline or project plan
8. Excellent English skills, minimum CET6 is required
9. Familiar with ISO9001 and ISO14001 system, follow the ISO system. 举报 分享
