Responsibilities in detail:
Job Description:
1.Oversees the major assigned account(s); Order, Revenue, Profit, Delivery, Add On
2.Expands and strengthens the relationship, opens new relationship opportunities within the client environment
3.Works with client’s management teams to understand its particular business strategies Develops account strategies and tactical penetration plans.
4.Opens new discussions, actively identifies and builds new opportunities to introduce incadea services, converts into profitable new business, thereby extends the existing client portfolio and increases the revenue within each customer’s
5.Communicates customer requirements and/or schedules to internal related team staffs in a timely and executable manner to promote optimum cost efficiency
6.Builds strong rapport with clients creating respect and trust
7.Plans and leads delivery of workshops and facilitated client events
8.Develops Management of Change (MOC) work streams and leads the implementation of MOC activities acting as the change consultant for the client
9.Shapes approach to identifying and managing risks and assumptions and for realising benefits at a program level
10.Creates proposal describing incadea solution and the associated value proposition, ensuring knowledge capture sessions are arranged and executed
11.Assures that correct team is assembled for the engagement
12.Manages quality / customer excellence / reference cases and maintains high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty
13.Maintains documentation and materials in support and evidence of the above objectives
14.Tracks and escalates account issues following pre-defined escalation tree
15.Manages the account invoicing process and insures collection without overdue

Skills and Specifications:
Qualifications
 
1.Bachelor and or above Educational degree preferred
2.Financial/Business Acumen to develop meaningful business or operational recommendations
3.Understandings to Business Context sold into, and Business challenges addressed by incadea solution portfolio and services
4.Problem Solving skill to approach problems in a rational manner using sound strategies that ensure comprehensive understanding and effective resolution
5.Strong leadership, communications and coaching skills especially in a virtual taskforce environment
6.Mature self-confidence and gravitas, proven relationship management skills with client and colleagues
7.Auto industry exposure and knowledge highly preferable
8.Experience and success in selling high value, long lead time enterprise solutions software and consultative services
9.Outstanding presentation, facilitation, communication and negotiation skills
10.Fluency in English and Mandarin
