职位描述：
任职资格：
1、五年以上软件开发工作经验，三年以上架构师工作经验；
2、熟悉Java及.Net开发语言，并有实际开发经验（必须）；
3、能进行框架设计及进行总体布局（必须）；
4、精通基于J2EE架构的Java编程，精通Extjs/struts/Hibernate/Spring/Jquery等开源框架；
5、熟悉集群的搭建，了解主流的集群的技术框架
6、熟悉SQL,ORACLE,MYSQL数据库；
7、熟悉Sql server、Oracle、Mysql等主流数据库，对负载均衡有比较深的了解；
8、熟悉Web Server和Socket通讯及HTTP通讯原理；
9、了解Java应用服务器如：Weblogic、Tomcat,熟练使用Eclipse等开发工具；
10、具有RFID行业项目的开发经验优先考虑；
11、能适应偶尔加班，有团队管理经验优先考虑。
岗位职责：
1、带领研发团队进行技术研发，进行系统设计，出系统设计文档；
2、根据公司及项目要求完成软件架构研发工作；
3、协助项目部解决实施过程中发生的问题的解决；
