职位描述：
Major Responsibilities
Systematically and pro-actively develops clients to achieve sales goals in assigned areas
Maintains business relationships with Key Accounts to develop long term partnerships.
Ensures effective assessments of sales results, and takes corrective actions to guarantee achievement of sales objectives
Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts Sales strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions
Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities
Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
Work with the R&D to develop targeted marketing campaigns and business plans for business development of Lincoln Electric China

Qualifications
Have an Engineering or relevant degree
Minimum of 5 years successful experience in a sales management role.
Ability to conduct sales presentations and hands on demonstrations
Ability to interact at every level
Fluency in Chinese and English
Good knowledge of industrial sales channels. Knowledge of the Welding Industry is a plus
