Main Responsibilities
? Participate training needs investigation and analysis, communicate with the stakeholders to understand the development needs, formulate annual learning curriculum and approaches;
? Responsible for carrying out the approved training plans or program effectively to meet people development needs so as to support business growth
? Assist in developing, monitoring, and updating training& development policies, processes ;
? Work with qualified external service providers in identifying appropriate training solutions for internal delivery.
? According to policies and procedures of the Headquarter, participate in driving “IMI Learn” system and ensure the local implementations throughout the Precision Engineering division.
? Collect, aggregate, archive all kinds of training records and documents, maintain training channels and training resources.
? Under line manager’s directives, propose and participate HR oriented project work for other functions, including planning, organizing, coordinating, following and evaluating project results, giving professional supports to line departments, so as to achieve the set project objectives.
Qualifications/Requirements:
? Bachelor degree or above
? At least 4 years’ relevant working experience in MNCs
? Good communication skills incorporating a broad range of skills such as presentation, facilitation, persuading and influencing
? Passion for training and an understanding of how this directly links with the business goals
? Good command of English, both oral and writing
? Self-sufficiency and good organization. Ability to plan and manage own time and resources and make things happen with pace and energy.
? Ability to assess training and trainers against true deliverables and objectives
? Extensive knowledge of personal computers, Excel, PowerPoint and computerized packages is required.
