Summarized Description:To manage OSA NPI projects including plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines with high quality and within budget.

Responsibilities:
1.Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines with high quality and within budget
2.Coordinate the efforts from different sites and teams to deliver projects according to the plan

4.Prepare the budget of CapEx and expense
5.Launch NPI production and own NPI production delivery

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor/Master degree with experience on engineering project conduction

4.Able to resolve conflict and drive compromise
5.Must be self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision
