职位描述：
岗位职责：
1 对项目的盈利负责。
2 带领客户现场或公司内的项目团队，以GMC标准流程方法管理项目，确保项目在预算范围内，按时高质量地成功实施完成。
3 确保客户满意度、维护客户关系。
4 向项目各方提供及时、有效的信息更新。
5 管理并积极参与项目设计、提供解决方案、解决项目问题和矛盾冲突。
6 领导项目团队积累项目和产品知识，丰富组织内部知识库，提升团队专业素质与能力。
7 协调项目团队和管理部门间的联系沟通。
8 积极主动管控项目变化和风险。

岗位要求：
1 全日制本科以上学历，计算机相关专业。
2 至少6年IT行业工作经验，3年以上项目经理工作经验。
3 具有复杂、多阶段的企业级项目管理经验，银行、金融服务行业项目经验更佳。
4 持有PRINCE2, ITIL, PMP, ScrumMaster等相关项目管理证书。
5 善于处理多任务、计划执行、问题解决、自学，擅长处理人际关系、沟通表达，拥有良好的团队合作和领导力。
6 以客户为导向，能在公司和客户之间顺畅地沟通协调。
7 英语流利（书面和口语）。
8 愿意出差。

有以下条件者，优先考虑：
1 具有敏捷（如SCRUM）方法的项目实施经验
2 1年客户沟通管理（CCM）经验
3 MBA或其他硕士学历
4 具有外包、客户现场或管理成本利润的项目管理经验。
