? 负责、新项目、工程更改的质量管理的项目控制，并协助采购和工程部；Responsible the project management of new project, engineering change, and assist Pur dept and Engineering dept;
? 负责供应商开发及制定并执行供应商质量控制计划，定期评估供应商质量绩效（SRS）；Responsible for Supplier Development and work out & execute the control plan of it, and estimate & score performance of suppliers by SRS;
? 驱动供应商持续提高其质量水平，负责供应商的过程审核；Drive the Continue Improvement of Supplier Performance, charge the process audit of Suppliers;
? 负责制定供应商索赔的流程和策略，并负责日常索赔操作，及时完整地完成索赔任务；Responsible to define the procedure & strategy of Supplier claim, and charges the daily operating of claim correctly & completely;
? 负责来料检验标准和来料检验员操作指导书及其他来料检验文件的编制，并监督并评估其执行情况；Responsible to define the criteria & work instruction & other related documents of Incoming Inspection & Inspectors, and monitor & estimate the execution of it;
? 负责制定并监督执行来料检验效率和效果的持续改进；Responsible to lead & carry out the continuous improvement of incoming inspection;
? 制定日常来料检验计划；Responsible to define daily incoming inspection plan;
? 参与每日的可疑件评审会；Participate in the daily non-conformance parts audit meeting;
? 汇报来料检验及供应商控制过程的缺陷水平；Report the defaults of the processes of incoming inspection & Supplier control;
? 定期对供应商的质量水平进行汇总，分析；Collect data of supplier quality and make report , base on the report do analysis regularly;
? 负责跟踪来料检验，生产线和客户服务处产生的由于供应商造成的质量问题，必要时提交报告;Responsible to track the quality issue which is from incoming area, production process, customer and belong to supplier responsibility, submit report when necessary;
? 由上级领导指派的其他工作Jobs assigned by Superiors.
? 根据公司安全管理有关规定执行安全及健康管理职责。Perform safety & health management Responsibility in accordance with company’s safety management regulations.
