Job Purpose
工作目的
This position will be responsible for providing engineering support and technical expertise to the various Engineering Services (maintenance) teams at the Shanghai Disney Resort (SHDR). This position will primarily be focused on supporting the Ride, Show and Entertainment control systems. Initially this position will support pre-opening tasks in preparation for the ongoing operation of the theme park attractions, including but not limited to ride and show installation, testing and commissioning, identification of tools and equipment needed to support maintenance, writing safety/technical procedures, etc.
这个职位主要为上海迪士尼度假区中的工程服务（维护）的各种团队提供工程和专业技术的支持。这个职位将主要侧重于支持游艺设备，演出布景和娱乐控制系统的相关工作。最初这一职位是支持开园前的准备工作，为乐园娱乐设施的运营工作做准备。包括但不是限于娱乐设备和演出布景的安装、检测和调试、通过对工具和设备的识别及鉴定来维护和编写安全/技术规程。

？ Demonstrate a visible commitment to safety.

？ Work directly with project teams on the technical scopes of the project throughout the final phases of design, installation, test & adjust and turn-over.
？ 在该项目的技术范围内直接与项目团队一起工作，贯穿设计、安装、调试和移交直至最终阶段。
？ Develop and review system requirements, specifications, and architectures.
？ 制定和审查系统的需求、规格和结构体系。
？ Prepare Change Requests, modify code and test performance, design small hardware modifications, update documentation, and release new software revisions.
？ 准备变更请求、修改代码和测试性能、软件的设计及修改、更新文档和发布新修订版本的软件。
？ Provide engineering support and technical expertise to the Engineering Services teams (maintenance).
？ 为工程服务（维护）团队提供工程和专业技术的支持。
？ Troubleshoot technical problems and propose maintenance and/or engineering solutions for resolution as needed.
？ 解决技术问题并根据需要提出维修和工程解决方案。
？ May direct the work of interns, designers and/or technicians.
？ 对实习生、设计师和技术人员开展指导工作。
？ Assist Engineers and Senior Engineers as needed.
？ 根据需要协助工程师和高级工程师们的工作。
？ Must be willing to work evenings, holidays, weekends, and various shifts as needed. ？ 如有需要，愿意配合于周末和节假日工作。
？ May be required to travel within China as well as to the US and other international locations for training, design reviews, manufacturer reviews, etc.
？ 可能会以培训、设计评审、制造商审核等为目而被安排去中国、美国或其他国际城市出差。
Education:
教育程度：
？ Bachelor Degree in Engineering discipline is required (Electrical, Electronic or Computer Engineering preferred). ？ 工程专业学士学位（电气或电子工程优先）
？ Post Graduate degree in Engineering discipline is preferred.
