职位描述：
岗位描述：

1、完成模具部经理分配的模具制造任务；
2、参与自己负责模具的试模，协助制定模具维修方案，并跟进方案的实施；
3、参加模具终审会议和生产会议，分析模具结构，并提出合理性建议；
4、终审会议后定期跟进加工的进度；
5、生产过程中对每个工件的进度进行有效跟踪；
6、排除生产过程中相关的技术问题，跟进异常问题的解决；
7、按照作业指示对每套模具进行操作打磨工作；
8、模具装配完成后，进行试模前的检查工作。

岗位要求：

1、高中或中专毕业，具有5年以上精密塑料模具制作和独立跟进经验；
2、懂工艺编排及加工工艺，识图和懂模具结构，熟练掌握机械制图中各种视角的关系；
3、具有高水平的配模技术，掌握公差与配合；
4、及了解常用塑胶材料的流动性特性及相应的配模间隙；
5、熟练使用常用测量工具（包括千分尺、卡尺、高度规、R规、量块、针规等）；
6、具备良好的沟通能力，有较强的责任心，团队合作意识。 举报 分享
