职位描述：
RESPONSIBILITIES
职责
oResponsible for the mechanical design of LED products, mainly focus on the luminaires, partially for lamps as well.
o负责了产品的机械设计,主要专注于灯具和部分灯泡。
oWork with Development Quality team to define & perform the release test of mechanical design.
o与研发质量部合作机械设计部分的测试。
oSupport the failure analysis which is related to mechanical part no matter it is in new project or from field return
o支持机械部分的失效分析。
oResponsible for building up the technology roadmap of Lamp or Luminaire product line according to company’s product roadmap and LED lighting industry trend.
o根据公司的产品规划线路和LED照明行业的趋势来负责建立公司灯具和灯泡的技术规划图。
oResponsible for technical feasibility study (product system design) of the new products are requested by Product Marketing team.
o负责市场部要求的新产品的技术可行性研究(产品系统设计)
oResponsible for evaluate the technical solutions & review the product design provided by ODM/OEM suppliers in NPI projects.
o负责评估提供ODM / OEM供应商提供的技术解决方案和评估产品设计
oResponsible for finalize & sign off relevant technical documents, like the new product specification & BOM etc. with ODM/OEM suppliers.
o负责与供应商完成和签署相关技术文件,如产品规格书和BOM清单。
oSupport Sourcing team to evaluate the supplier quotation from the technical point of view.
o支持采购团队评估供应商报价
oSupport on the technical analysis & design improvement for the field quality issues.
o支持技术分析和设计改进的质量问题


REQUIREMENTS
要求
oMore than 5 years’ work experience on product development role in LED lighting industry.
oLED照明行业里超过5年的产品开发经验
oBachelor degree or above on Engineering
o工程学本科以上
oHas the experience to build the technology roadmap is a plus.
o有构建技术路线图经验的优先
oHas the basic knowledge of project management
o有项目管理的基础知识
oCan work independently with less supervision
o可独立工作
oStrong ability to work with cross functional team
