Main Responsibilities:
1. Check the sales order/schedule on web EDI or via customers’ mail.
2. Enter and operate the sales order in Sage ERP system, export the purchase orders and release to the suppliers.
3. Monitor the order status and quickly confirm with the customers.
4. Assist the operation of import & export shipments, ensuring the in-time delivery.
5. Material planning for the product with stable requirement based on the demand forecast, especially on OES parts.
6. Label purchase and management, maintenance of the product label list and templates, label purchase, instruction of label printing to the 3rd party warehouse. Tracking the status of label printing to ensure that the suppliers receive the labels.
7. Deal with the tax refund documents and submit to finance team.
8. Feedback to the bank with FTZ additional information form.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree. Major in logistics, International Trade or English is preferred, but not a must
2. CET4, good English skill(reading and written), Basic Microsoft Office skills(Excel, Word,PPT)
3. Highly responsibility, Teamwork spirit, Good self-control and good communications
