Job Summary
Bidding Specialist’s main job is to assist Bidding Manager for Regulatory Products Bidding projects preparation and management.
There are about hundreds of bidding events organized by the central to provincial / local authority, currently they are taken by Sales team which causes much administrative work and even affect the main tasks for sales team (achieving the sales goal); hence, the being lack of dedicated professional to take care the bidding business, the bidding process & price has not been managed effectively which will even negatively affect marketing / product management strategy.
The vehicle for success is through leadership and partnership with the Sales, Marketing and Finance of China. This position reports to Bidding supervisor.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
30% Government Regulatory Bidding document preparation with proposed solutions and pricing
20% Collect, compare and analyze the bidding information of competitors to contribute to the bidding success
15% Collate market information, gather competitor activities and conduct market researches in order to establish a reference framework for formulation of effective sales and marketing strategies
20% Observe and study the update of bidding rules and regulations, or practice in the market, to implement any changes into bidding preparation
15% Responsible for establish and continuously improve the company bidding process and guidelines
100 Total Percent (not to exceed 100%)

Expected Areas of Competence (i.e. KSAs)
Good analytical and planning skills
Strong in influencing and problem solving skills
Proficiency in spoken and written English
Initiative and assertive
Result-driven, with high business ethics and values
Education/ Experience Requirements
University graduate in Medical Science, Surgery or related disciplines At least 3-4years’ medical device sales experience and 1-2 years above regulatory affairs management experience
Travel Requirements
Frequent travel in required, 50% up timing in the fields
