【招聘岗位】世界500强美资特种材料制造商-应付会计专员

【工作地点】上海市浦东新区鲁桥路（有班车）

Purpose of the Position:

• Deal with accounts payable related process and make control in daily operation.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Enter PO Invoice Information
• Perform Matching (2-wayn & 3-way)
• Resolve Matching Discrepancies
• Process Non-PO invoices
• Perform intercompany transactions
• Process Travel & Expense transactions
• Perform error corrections
• Perform invoice maintenance
• Perform reconciliation reports (e.g., Daily, Period, Yearly) and monthly closing process
• Fulfill customer inquiries
• Monitor day to day processing and provide improvement solution
• Ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor

【职位要求】

1、本科以上学历，财务相关专业毕业

2、两年以上外资企业应付会计工作经验，熟悉员工报销，往来账处理以及月底关账等工作

3、英语读写熟练，口语可以基本沟通（工作邮件为全英文）

4、有使用过SAP系统为加分项，有财务共享中心经验优先考虑

5、良好的工作态度

【工作时间】

早上8点30-下午5点 周末双休

【食宿情况】

不包吃住

【薪酬福利】

1、税前7000-9000*13

2、带薪年假10天 带薪病假10天

3.与MP签订第三方劳动合同，在上海购买6险一金，根据工作表现和公司HC转正式员工。

【注意事项】

有班车接送，具体路线如下：

Line1：金海马家居公交车站-地铁上海马戏城3号口出来左转向前走100米的公交车站-大柏树站1号口地铁站出来的公交车站-公司（去程从中环至翔殷路隧道到浦东金桥公司 回程从公司出发走军工路隧道）

Line2：世纪大道站12号-公司

Line3：紫藤路（10号线地铁站1号口)-汇金百货-愚园路上海银行-鲁桥路-公司/回程：金海路地铁-仙霞路威宁路-水城路虹古路-娄山关路长宁路

Line4：碧秀路口(农业银行)- 南站北广场沪闵路公交站(近柳州路)- 石龙路近龙吴路黑森林公交车站-公司
