For our Energy Management Division in SHANGHAI,we are looking for a Pressure Housing Engineer for Welding Housing

焊接压力容器设计工程师

What are my responsibilities?

Welding pressure housing design for GIS modules (CB, Disconnector, Earthing switch, busbar and other passive modules).

GIS产品焊接壳体设计（包括断路器壳体、隔离开关壳体、接地开关壳体及其他模块的壳体设计）。

1. Welding housing design based on different gas pressure. including material selection, thickness design, welding seam design.

基于不同的压力进行焊接壳体设计。包括材料选择、壳体厚度设计和焊缝设计。

2. Welding housing calculation. Including strength calculation of housing, strength calculation of welding seam, strength calculation of flange, strength calculation of screw joint.

焊接壳体设计计算。包括壳体强度计算，焊缝强度计算，法兰强度计算和螺栓连接强度。

3. Check and approve strength simulation report of welding housing.

校核和批准焊接壳体的强度计算报告。

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. Bachelor degree or comparable degree in mechanical engineering or material engineering.

本科以上学历，机械或材料相关专业。

2. 5 years or more design experience of welding housing .

5年以上压力焊接壳体设计经验。

3. Certification of pressure vessel.

压力容器资质证书。

4. Be familiar with technical requirement and GB standards of welding housing.

熟悉焊接壳体的技术要求和相关标准。

What else do I need to know?

1. Simulation of welding properties will be a plus.

能进行焊接壳体的强度仿真，将优先考虑。

2. Knowledge to different welding technology as well as automatic/ robot welding will be a plus.

熟悉各种焊接方式（如自动焊接/机器人焊接），将优先考虑。
