1. As level-2 technical support, remote resolve Application, Network and System issue for retail staff.
作为第二层技术支持,远程解决用户在应用程序、网络和IT系统平台方面的技术故障和问题
2. Record staff’s feedback and suggestion for IT System.
记录用户在使用IT系统方面的意见和需求
3. Resolve software/hardware issue for Asia Pacific staff. Support department include Basic Platform, Production, Retail, Logistics and Warehouse.
及时为亚太用户解决软件、硬件中出现的计算机故障并处理新的请求,支持对象包括基础平台,生产、零售、物流和仓储部门
4. Collaboration with other IT team, complete technical support and major event reports
同其他IT组合作,完成技术支持的升级和重大事件报告
5. Good relationship with staff
同用户保持紧密关系
6. Provide work report and performance analysis to manager regularly
定期为经理提供支持报告以及绩效分析
职位要求:
1. 2 years working experience in helpdesk, excellent graduates can also be considered
2年技术支持工作经验 ,出色的应届毕业生也可考虑
2. Familiar with network, server and system application, basic question judgment and independently solve issue ability
熟悉网络、服务器及各类应用系统相关知识,并有基本的问题判断及解决能力
3. Chinese nationality, good written and spoken English
中国国籍,良好的口头/书面英语
4. Good sense of service, responsibility and team work
良好的服务意识,责任和团队的精神
5. Have the spirit of “CAN DO” and self-challenge
具备“能做”的精神和自我挑战的意识
6. Good communication skill (with team and personal)
良好的沟通技巧(集体和个人)
7. Background in retail is preferred
