职位描述：

Job Title: Site Quality Engineer 现场质量工程师

主要职责：

1. 负责内部质量监控，确保产成品符合相关标准，过程控制图确认：半径高、壁厚；以及偏差跟踪；

2. 负责对不合格品的控制, 负责组织、落实、跟踪纠正措施，内部不良品跟踪分析及鱼刺图；

3. 负责培训操作工、检验员并提供相应的技术支持；

4. 协调质量活动制定对车间现有产品改进的计划并实施；分析车间生产线各工序不良，降低不良，监控生产的能力稳定性；内部不合格品处理。

5. 生产工艺纪律性监控，配合体系工程师进行过程与产品审核。

6. 协助CQA进行新产品APQP活动，样品试制跟踪与报告提交

7． 协助测量工程师进行测量系统的GRR，对标

8． 工程更改的样品跟踪与状态确认。

9. 压力表工况确认，量检具每班每线校验，半径高、GPS、微油槽每班每线确认

10. 防错装置点检

11. 工艺纪律检查、分层审核

12. 让步放行单确认

13. 每月产品审核、每季度配合过程审核、每半年配合体系内审

14. 数据统计：不良缺陷、不良率、批量报废

15. 每日质量报表，每周质量报表，每月质量报表

任职资格:

1.熟悉QS9000/TS16946/VDA6.1质量管理体系；三年以上有关工作经验；

2.熟悉各种统计质量工具，例如：SPC、GR&R、FMEA、DOE等。

3.具有一定的分析问题的能力并能熟练地运用问题解决方法独立解决问题；

4.大专以上学历，机械或其它相关专业；良好的英文沟通能力。

5.熟练使用MS Office软件，有较高的写作能力。

6.能够承受较大的工作压力，需翻班。
