职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、 根据公司战略发展的需要，制定年度招聘规划、招聘及相关预算；
2、 建立及完善公司的招聘流程，选择、维护各类外部招聘服务机构满足用人需求；
3、 开发、维护、分析各招聘渠道，对现有招聘渠道进行效用分析；
4、 密切与业务部门沟通，了解分析各岗位需求，与团队成员完成招聘指标；
5、 及时汇总招聘数据，评估招聘效果；
6、 协助进行人才市场调研、公司人才库搭建，了解人才需求状况和业内人才动态。
7、 负责招聘团队的人员分工，任务分配，跟进招聘进度并适时反馈；
8、 完成上级领导交办的其他工作；
任职要求：
1、 本科以上学历，8年以上人力资源经验，3年以上管理工作经验；
2、 具有人力资源外包，或者酒店行业经验者更佳；
3、 能适应出差，抗压性强；
4、 具有丰富的社会招聘、校园招聘的工作经验，熟悉招聘流程及各类招聘渠道；
5、 具有较强沟通、组织、协调、辅导能力，并能带领团队完成招聘工作及指标达成； 举报 分享
