职位描述：
We are recruiting a senior business analyst with high passion, collaboration and strong analytics skills to bring actionable insights into our business.

This person should be a proactive and thoughtful leader to guide business direction via report and analytics result. This is an incredibly exciting position for someone who produces data insights via reports and advanced analytics models to drive significant business results while working with a fast-paced and notoriously fun group of people. This position promises tremendous growth opportunities within EF across multiple departments, products and geographies for someone who excels in this role.

Core Responsibilities Include:
?Understand, discover and maximize the value of data as an asset
?Gather and document business analysis requirements from stakeholders
?Conduct descriptive business analysis to discover what happened and why
?Ability to use visualization/reporting tool to demonstrate findings from analysis
?Help Advanced analytics team to find business problem and land deliverable to business users with training and other needed support
?Ability to educate and influence stakeholders for the insights via analysis
?Identify and implement new KPI tracking that align with business direction
?Drive self-service and train power users
?Support product team to build and promote data-driven product-design culture

Requirements:
?Strong cross-group collaboration skills
?Excellent interpersonal skills to build positive working relationships
?Ability to identify insights and tell story with data to influence stakeholder
?Persistent and with can-do attitude
?5+ years of experience in data related role

Qualification and Skills:
?Good writing, speaking and listening in both English and Chinese
?Experience with SQL is a must
?Experience with Tableau, SSRS, Excel or other reporting tool is required
?Understanding of development life cycle is required
?A BS in Mathematics/Statistics/computer sciences/computer engineering is plus
?Experience of R or SPSS etc. is plus
?Experience in advanced analytics project is plus
