职位描述：
Job Description
Your will take care of the following missions:
- Follow the development of the products (Mechanic and Electronic) made by the R&D Center
o Planning following up
o Technical review with R&D Center engineers (both Mechanics and Electronics)
o Development expenses following up
o Ensure that R&D Center develop products which are suitable for mass production

Product industrialization
You will be the leader of several NPI (New Product Introduction) Projects – The role is to ensure that the product will be suitable for mass production, while respecting the budget.
o Receive and analyze documents from R&D Center or customer (in case of OEM product)
o Performing quotation of the whole product (PCBA, Mechanics, Packaging, Assy, etc…) with purchasing team and the suppliers.
o Quotation of Manufacturing tooling validation (PCB/PCBA tooling + Plastic injection tooling)
o Manufacturing tooling follow up
o Suppliers following and samples validation (from first shots to golden samples)
o Drafting of all mass production documents – To be handover to MP
o Drafting of the mass production line layout design and workshop organization
o Validation of packaging method
o Product test bench definition and implementation on production line with test bench supplier
o Resolve issues during NPI phase
o Technical support for purchasing and sourcing Dpt on NPI phase
o Ensure the transfer of relevant documents from NPI to mass production
o Whole project planning following up


Job Requirements
- Previous experience in Electronics finished products project management
- At least 5 working years of experience in project / product management
- Excellent decision taking capabilities and team work spirit
- Excellent English writing and speaking skills
- Excellent relationship and negotiation capabilities
