职位描述：
Job Description 岗位职责:

1. Carry out hands-on installation, troubleshooting, repair and preventive maintenance of Robotics product independently;
独立完成机器人产品的安装、故障排除、维修和预防性维护；

2. Provide onsite and/or remote technical (via telephone, email or other form of communications) support to end user and dealers;
为终端用户和经销商提供现场和/或远程技术（通过电话、电子邮件或其他形式的通信）支持；

3. Train dealers’/distributors’ technical personnel in installation, troubleshooting, repair and preventive maintenance of Robotics product;
培训经销商/代理商的技术人员进行机器人产品的安装、故障排除、维修和预防性维护；

4. Undertake any other duties related to product service, maintenance, and installation;
承担与产品服务、维护和安装有关的其他职责；

5. Participate in training programs to acquire the necessary skills, knowledge and hand-on experience to support the product;
参加培训项目，以获得必要的支持产品的技能，知识和操作经验；

6. Participate in new product launch through onsite technical support, demonstration and answer technical queries in exhibitions or launch events;
通过现场技术支持，演示，并在展会或发布活动中回答技术问题，参与新产品的发布；

7. Communicate with the Principal (overseas) as well as component suppliers (local and overseas) on technical matters including but not limited to warranty claims, service report, technical feedback, customers’ feedback, failure analysis reports etc.;
与委托方（海外）和零部件供应商（本地和海外）进行技术方面的沟通，包括但不限于保修索赔、服务报告、技术反馈、客户反馈、故障分析报告等；

8. Formulate maintenance package offer to end customers;
为客户制定维修方案；

9. Prepare operational budget for after sales support, quotation for maintenance package and repair works;
准备售后业务预算、维护和修理报价工作的数据；

10. Create and complete service related documentation and records as required;
根据需要创建和完成与服务相关的文件和记录；

11. Recommendation of spare parts, consumables and stock level to support Robotics product;
为机器人产品的备件、消耗品和库存水平提供建议；

12. Other tasks assigned by the leaders.
领导安排的其他工作。


Skills and Competencies Required 岗位要求:

1. Bachelor degree or higher in Mechatronics, Engineering or similar fields;
本科以上学历，机械或工程相关专业；

2. Not colour blind;
非色盲；

3. Able to perform repairs/ upgrade on electronic carts.
能够对电动推车进行修理/升级。

4. At least 5 years of working experience in Robotics industry with hand-on experiences in after sales service/ technical service/product marketing with good and problem solving skills;
至少3年的机器人行业工作经验，有售后服务/技术服务/产品营销经验，良好的问题解决能力；

5. Familiar and ability to work on as well as understand Robotics control software;
熟悉并能理解和操作机器人控制软件；

6. Ability to read technical manuals, drawings, wiring diagram, troubleshoot, repair or replace hardware as necessary;
能够阅读技术手册、图纸和接线图，故障排除，修理或更换硬件；

7. Excellent language skills in Chinese and English with strong ability to communicate on technical matters/discussion;
优秀的中英文沟通能力，特别是技术专用术语；

8. Ability to analyze product malfunction or failure and draft analysis reports for stake holders in both English and Chinese language;
具备分析产品故障或失效原因，并起草中英文的分析报告的能力；

9. Basic knowledge in budgeting and costing for technical service support;
具备技术服务预算和成本核算的基本知识；

10. Good interpersonal skills to handle customers complains and work with customers to resolve problems;
具备良好的解决客户投诉和客户问题的人际关系处理能力；

11. Able to work effectively and efficiently without supervision;
能够在没有监督的情况下高效地工作；

12. Ability to travel extensively is required.
