Job Description
>. Develop an effective plan to implement, train and review a QRC Management strategy
>. Provide leadership, management and support to all QRC staff to ensure strategies are aligned,
implemented and executed
>. Review new rules, regulations and legislation to assess the impact on the organization
>. Manage the social compliance audit process of our clients, including the follow up of corrective action
plans and liaise with external auditors and factories
>. Analyze factory performance to identify opportunities for improvement
>. Communicate the policies, strategies, and target expectations to a wide range of internal and external
stakeholders, including our production partners and our clients
>. Represent the company in industry working groups and at customer events
>. Lead and manage a range of projects relating to ethical trade and sustainability

Desired Skills and Expertise
>. Relevant experience working on QRC projects within the apparel / fashion sector
>. Strong commercial awareness, and detailed understanding of sourcing- and supply chain processes
>. Knowledge of international labor laws, standards and their application
>. Believer of sustainability within the textile industry and knowledge of the low-impact materials
>. Self-motivation and drive to work effectively independently with minimal supervision
>. Strong analytical, problem solving and strategic planning ability
>. Strong communication and relationship skills (a real connector)
>. Fluency in Mandarin and English spoken and written
>. Experience in working with culturally and linguistically diverse communities
