职位描述：
管理职责：
1.负责部门整体预算，合理利用公司资源，优化运营成本；
2.根据公司战略制定部门目标并落实；
3.管理销售和技术团队，提高团队绩效；

销售职责：
1.拓展销售渠道，搜寻潜在客户，积极建立联系；
2.为客户提供报价，完成商务谈判，确保合同执行和客户回款；
3.带领团队完成年度销售预算；
4.掌握当前及未来业务相关行业的新动态、机遇和挑战，基于对行业发展的认识，向总部反馈产品和市场信息，提出改进意见；
5.在销售的各个环节（如提供项目咨询、技术方案、问题解决等）不断提高客户满意度；
6.使用CRM, price management等系统进行销售合同的跟踪；
7.总经理安排的其他工作

任职要求：
1.大专以上学历，电气工程或电气自动化相关专业；
2.8年以上发电机组行业或工控领域相关经验，有燃气行业背景优先考虑；
3.3年以上销售管理经验；

丹控电器贸易(上海)有限公司是DEIF A/S在中国的分公司，成立于2006年。公司位于上海浦东新区张江集电港，主要业务包括：
1）船用桥楼仪表、配电盘仪表、发动机和发电机组控制器、可再生能源控制器的销售
2）提供专业的技术支持和服务
3）研发以及客户化生产
