职位描述：
Key Responsibilities:

1、新项目认可：根据项目协调人的项目计划，确保项目开发过程遵循客户所规定的APQP程序，组织PPAP的编制和提交并跟踪客户批准状态
New Projects Release：according to project schedule，Ensure the project development process to follow APQP procedures under the customer ，lead preparation and submission of PPAP and track customer approval status
2、客供间沟通：传递客户对产品标准和控制方法等的需求，并主导内部的展开和实现
Customer communication：transfer customer requirement for product standards and control methods, and leading internal implementation
3、客户投诉：组织客户投诉产品确认与分析，发生客户投诉时必须24小时回复客户，并制订应急措施和递交长期改进计划
Customer Complaint：lead to confirm and analyze customer complaint, response in 24hrs, short action and long term action monitor
4、培训：对过程控制人员的产品知识和检验试验标准及检验设备的培训和相关文件更新的培训
Training：train the inspector and operator about product knowledge, inspection and test standards, inspection equipment operation
5、质量改进：组织有关部门人员对质量问题进行根源分析及制定短期和长期整改措施，编制整改报告，跟踪、确认整改措施的有效性. 有过程审核和产品审核的经验。
Quality Improvement：organize the relevant departments of quality problem root cause analysis and develop short-and long-term corrective measures, the preparation of the rectification report, track, and confirm the effectiveness of the corrective measures. Have the experience about process and product audit.

Education and Experience:

？ 5年以上质量方面的工作经验, 有TS16949或IATF16949内审员证书；
More than 5 years quality experience, have the TS16949 or IATF16949 internal auditor certification;
？ 大学本科或同等学力机械工程或自动化专业
Bachelor degree or equivalent majoring in mechanical engineering or automation
？ 熟悉质量工具及应用；汽车行业的质量标准
Knowledge of quality tools; Strong communication skills, knowledge of the standard in automotive industry
？ 熟悉VDA6.3、APQP、PPAP、SPC、MSA、8D、CP、FMEA, Minitab;
Familiar with VDA6.3、APQP/PPAP/SPC/MSA/8D/Control plan/FMEA and Minitab;
？ 组织项目质量会议经验
Experience for organize project quality meeting
？ 严格要求自己，有能力发展团队关系，积极主动，结果导向
