Job Description:
Main point of contact for settlement related queries within BAML global market operations. Candidate must be on hand to do the daily Bond/MM/IRS settlement. Up to date market knowledge on key initiatives and developments within the regulator reporting space are essential.

Responsibilities:
? Handle day-to-day activities in the Bond/MM/IRS and derivatives back office, which includes accurate trade capture, validation, counterparty confirmation, settlements, tracking and monitoring, exception reporting.
? Monitoring various exposure limits and compiling MIS & Regulatory reports
? Ensure strong internal control and productivity standards.
? Ensure compliance and adherence to operating procedures and regulatory requirements.
? Be conversant with internal and external policy guidelines relating to products handled.
? Participate in various process/productivity improvement initiatives and new products/system implementations.

Requirements:
? University degree or above
? 2-3 years related experience is preferred
? Accountable for assigned tasks
? Strong team work spirit and ability to work under pressure
? Meticulous, good interpersonal skills and self-motivated
? Good command of both written and spoken English
? Proficient in PC knowledge and familiar with MS word, Excel and PowerPoint 举报 分享
