Job Purpose/Job Objectives:
Making cap design according to the company and the customers’ requirements
Responsibilities and Main Tasks:
Be responsible to cap concept validation (Gate 3 NPD ).
Be responsibilities of the conformity for the 3D and 2D
Be responsible for cap designing
Be responsible for concepts design and proposal
Be in charge of proposed innovative solution to answer to a customer request with the R&D manager.
Be responsible for doing 3D and 2D for the cap
Be in charge of developing the concept in phase pilot until the cap is in line with the specification(CDC)
Be responsible for managing the design review for his concept
Be responsible for defining the control drawing and collaborate with the quality department to define the tests and protocols
Be responsible for collaborating with the industrialization department
Be responsible for communicating with the customers.
Required Qualifications and Skill Profile
Education：
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical, industry design or packaging design, oversea experience preferred.
2.Knowledge of plastics resins and injection technology (Nice to have)
3.Solidworks software and CAD skills
Working experiences
1.In cap design it’s a plus
2.Plastic Mould design would be a plus2.
3.At least 2 years' working experience in related field.
Computer skills
1.Good computer skills
2.Solidworks software and CAD skills
English skills：
1.Good command of English in reading, speaking and writing.
Communication skills：
Good communication skills both in English and in Chinese.
Other capability and skill:
1.Can work under pressure
