Job Title: Sales Manager 国际会议销售经理
Job Family: Sales Department
Report to: CEO
Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:
？To draw up and execute the half annual sales plan for the sales team
？Collaboration with the conference manager to make the project promotion and the sales plan
？Collaboration with the conference manager to complete the preparation of the sales and to supervise the project promotion
？To set up and developer the project sales team
？To coordinate the project and organize the project market seminar
？Responsible for the performance management of sales team
？Ensure the overall efficiency of sales team and control the cost

Qualifications:
？College degree or above, majoring in Marketing and Business Management preferred
？Excellent communication and expression in both English and Chinese
？Strong ability of execution, leadership and influence
？More than 2.5 years sales management experience in overseas conference

？销售团队半年度销售计划制定与执行
？协同会议经理制定项目制作推广和销售计划
？协同会议经理完成项目销售准备、监督项目制作推广工作
？组建和发展项目销售队伍
？协同项目组织项目市场讨论会
？负责项目绩效管理
？保证销售队伍的整体效率、控制成本

基本要求：
？大专及以上学历，市场营销，工商管理方向佳
？良好的中英文表达与沟通能力
？执行力强，有领导力和感染力
