职位描述：
岗位职责：
-确保仓库收货、发货、备货正常进行；
-不断改进效率和质量；
-SHE管理。
工作内容：
-正确、提前预算并准备运作所需要的人力、设备、场地等资源；
-带领团队制定、改进、完善业务流程、infolog操作SOP；
-制定并实施相关员工的培训计划；
-合理分配资源，高效完成仓储各项活动；
-工作时间分析、仓库工人效率控制；
-耗材、物流成本分析和控制；
-仓库运作KPI跟踪改进；
-设备运作效率分析和控制；
-仓库安全。
人员要求：
-大专以上学历；
-第三方物流仓储工作经验三年以上；
-有商超物流工作经验优先；
-抗压性强，配合度高。
