职位名称：Senior Project Director（汽车行业高级项目研究经理）
职位职责：With support and guide from RD, to offer assistance on the project management, fieldwork, and final satisfactory deliverables to clients.(进行项目管理各项工作数据分析、撰写英文报告等相关工作。具体工作如下：1.负责调查研究项目的客户沟通与谈判；2.负责把握客户调研项目需求的界定，参与研究方案的设计、撰写及项目投标工作；3.统筹管理调查研究项目的整体运作，包括项目质量、进度、成本的控制；4.负责参与撰写项目报告书，为客户分析解读数据与报告内容； 5.负责协调与其它部门及美国总部内部的工作，提高项目组研执行能力；6.具备责任意识与服务意识，并具备良好的团队合作精神，能够在压力下出色地完成工作；)
职位要求：5 years above of market research experience, qualitative experience is a plus; Knowledge on automotive industry and experience in automotive research preferred; Excellent client management and consulting skills, project management skills; Ability to work in a collaborative environment and under tight deadlines. Capability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written;Strong ability to analyze and distill themes from quantitative and qualitative data and develop compelling client deliverables; 5年以上相关工作经验，英文书面必须优秀（最好英文八级）、数据逻辑思维强、工作认真、仔细负责
