This position is to assist in leading and managing the reception staff and area.  He/she will help in the recruitment and training of leading professionals. He/she will ensure that the highest standards of service are maintained.  He/she will specifically be responsible for the reservation template, seating, guest greeting and hostesses.  He/she will develop new ideas with the goal of increasing the levels of revenue and profitability and increasing the quality of service.

Promote good business relations between the Jean-Georges Brigade and all other departments in Three on the Bund, to lead a team of well-trained and motivated staff.

To assist and train staff both as part of the departmental induction process and as an on-going program to achieve desired service standards.
